Grand Opening of Wynn Encore Las Vegas

The Wynn Encore has finally been unveiled to the public at the grand opening December 22. The latest gem in Steve Wynn’s empire was built and constructed in a hush hush fashion. Wynn kept the Encore under tight wraps with a limited  amount of pictures of the inside available to the public.

The Encore was built on scared gambling ground where the  legendary Desert Inn Casino once stood. With over 2000 rooms the Wynn Encore Las Vegas emphasizes suite style luxury rooms.

With the state of the Las Vegas economy the way it is this is hardly the best time to be opening a 5 star luxury resort, but Steve Wynn is better situated to handle a down turn than most operators, however rooms are available for January at huge discounts off the original $300+ per night rate
